| The concept of the permanent development gives new dimension that can de added to the different dimensions. The civilized dimension that is used to find the true treatments to solve the problems of the city to make them the basic treatment. The field of the civilized services and its problems constitutes the basic material for the problems civilized projects , such as : education and health and other general services .All these services are discussed inside the development concept to reach to the case of balance. The permanent development studies the capacity of services and to arrange the services .lt studies the peoples basic needs in order to achieve peoples happiness inside their social environment .Peoples happiness cannot de achieved unless they find a perfect system of services. | ||
