Abstract | ||
The study was conducted on some species of bacteria pathogenic to humans and the most prevalent in the samples pathogenesis has been confirmed diagnosis conducted a test microscopic and biochemical and physiological her, and then exposed to anti-life susceptible and concentrations too low for the purpose of identifying the sensitivity of the bacteria by their exposure to these low levels of concentrations of the anti-life and experienced by bacteria in the absence of antibiotics take life in the time periods specified As prescribed. Results showed that all isolates were affected by antibiotic treatment of life and to varying degrees. The growth of Proteus vulgaris profusely in the concentration of 0.01 mg / ml anti-life used in this study, while the growth of Escherichia coli profusely during treatment Balttraschaelin in concentrations from 0,01 to 0.3 mg / ml, and the bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa growth also very good in the concentration of 0.01 mg / ml of tetracycline, the bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae in a concentration of 0.2 mg / ml of Baktrem. Also observed for changes in some morphological and physiological characteristics of bacterial cells, in response to the dye Cram, private cluster of bacteria cells and the loss of the order of the cluster, increasing the size of the cells of the bacteria E. coli from their normal level, the lack of cells in the length of P. aeruginosa and the loss of the ability of bacteria K. pneumoniae on the configuration of the box. It can be concluded from this study to the feasibility of these low-lying concentrations of antibiotics in the generation of life and a new resistant strains of the same species of pathogenic bacteria that had been exposed as Tthssha which in certain concentrations result of not following the doctor's guidance in their use properly. | ||
