| Abstract : A study was carried out at two station, first in the two locations in the station of field researchs at agriculture province in diyala directorate (Baquba) with loam clay soil, second in the station of field crops of Agriculture college university of tikrit in saladdeen government with sandy loam soil(Gepsum) during autum season 2010 at these two locations the aim of this study is knowing effect of sowing dates and cutting in the yield of green forage and quality for sorgo (Sorghum bicolor L.)crops. Asplit plote design with three replicates had applid,as main plots used for sowing dates (30 june, 14 and 29 july) in baquba location, and (1,15 and30 july) in tikrit location, while the dates of cutting used as sub plots which are (50,60,and70days) from full germination using Rabh cultivar.
