Abstract | ||
The study aimed at revealing the significance of the statistical differences in a number of physical variables between the pre- and post-test of the experimental group that used tactical exercises using the Motion Offense method, and the control group that used the exercises prepared by the trainer, as well as revealing the significance of the statistical differences in the variables mentioned between the two research groups in the post test. The research sample consisted of (10) players who were divided into two groups of 5 for each, control and experimental. The research procedures included determining the physical variables and physical tests by means of the questionnaire and conducting the homogeneity of the research sample and conducting parity between the two research groups. The tactical exercises were determined using the Motion Offense method, the exploratory experiments, the pre-test, the implementation of the tactical exercises and the post-test, and the appropriate statistical treatments were carried out. The results were as follows: The coach's tactical exercises carried out by the control group made a significant progress in the two variables of the explosive strength of the legs and the velocity prolongation. The coach's tactical exercises did not make a significant progress in (the explosive power of the arms, the speed distinctive force of the arms, the speed distinctive force of the legs, the maximum transitional speed, compatibility, agility, and the force endurance of the legs). | ||
