Abstract | ||
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) has provided many different interpretations during the conferences and sessions held by it to mix the legal rules organized by traditional aviation with unmanned aviation, including the regulations of the air interests stated in Chicago Convention in 1944, Rome Convention in 1952 and Montreal Convention in 2009. The problem of the research lies in the responsibility of the drone’s operator on the damages resulting by him to the others according to the international conventions and the organized laws to the drones, bringing together the analysis of the legislative status in Iraq and the sufficiency to cover the responsibility by the damages that may be resulted from the drones in Iraq. In the light of what is mentioned above, the research is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of the drone’s operator and the determination of the nature of responsibility. The second chapter highlights the time, place, and materialistic scope of the responsibility of the drone’s operator. Finally, some results are concluded, and some solutions are concluded to solve the problems that may be instigated by the use of drones in Iraq. | ||
