Abstract | ||
The current research aims to construct a measure of the behavioral values of the wooden badge scout leaders in the general directorates of education in Iraq, and to identify the level of behavioral values among the scout leaders of the wooden badge campaign in the general directorates of education in Iraq, and to identify the differences in the behavioral values of the scout leaders from The wooden badge campaign in the general directorates of education in Iraq according to gender, scouting experience and educational qualification. The researchers used the descriptive approach as a methodology for the study, for its relevance and the nature of this study and its objectives, and the research community includes (352) scout leaders, and the construction sample consists of (212) scout leaders who were chosen in a deliberate manner, and they represent (60.22%) of the basic research sample. The application sample consists of (140) Scout leaders, representing 39.78% of the research community distributed among the general directorates in Iraq. Standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), (t-test) for two independent samples, hypothetical mean) The most important conclusions reached by the researchers: - The effectiveness of the behavioral values scale among scout leaders from the wooden badge campaign in the General Directorates of Education in Iraq and its ability to diagnose behavioral values when used as a means of measurement. - There is a discrepancy in the order of the dimensions of behavioral values among the scout leaders of the wooden badge holders according to the behavioral values scale. - There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the scout leaders of the wooden badge holders in the General Directorates of Education in Iraq according to the variable (sex). - There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the scout leaders of the wooden badge holders in the General Directorates of Education in Iraq according to the variable (Scouting experience) and in favor of those with (more than five years). - There are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the scout leaders of the wooden badge holders in the General Directorates of Education in Iraq according to the variable (educational qualification) and in favor of those with (bachelor’s degree and above | ||
