Abstract | ||
Marriage is a sptitual relationship between the couples that depends on feelings , mercy and mutual respondibility , which is mentioned in The Holy Qur’an as strong committment.Family is the first pillar of the society, whenever that pillar is stronger , the society will be much stronger . It makes an individual feels happy in the existence of one of them in the life of the other , which is possible between one man and one woman . Life and happiness between these two make the society settled. In islam, the aim of marrige is protecting human society ,and building family on firm bases in order to embody love and repscet between the individuals and to let love , mercy and calmness unfold within the society , but polygamy can become a danger to forming a calm family and stable society ,so it would be impossible to find calmness, feeling and mercy in polygamy leads to concurrence and hearted that never ends between the Wives and their children even to the generations ,the Result of Polygamy is that the Man is not a pure property of the woman whereas he should be to his wife just and only as his wife belongs to him merely and he does not like her to be shared with another one , To perform justice it is impossible to find in neither in time of Marriage nor later not even in the future . | ||
