Abstract | ||
The DNA fingerprint is a very important topic, which still needs a lot of studies and shedding light on it, especially that it is still in continuously developing stages, which imposed this importance on it, in addition to the need of societies in our present era for such a great disclosure in the field of proving rights and crimes, most whether at the scientific or medical level, or at the level of justice and its achievement, This is what prompted us to write this research marked by the impact of DNA on criminal evidence, through three sections. The first section contains a statement of the concept of DNA as a means of proof, and the second section in its statement of the position of positive legislation that dealt with DNA and its validity as a means of proof, then the third topic, in which I explained a set of applied models in which topic that shed light on various aspects that benefited us in our research by shedding more light on it, because the subject of genetic fingerprint is one of the great scientific discoveries in our time, which will not be relied upon specific in certain fields, but rather includes many aspects in various fields surrounding the different human life. | ||
