Abstract | ||
The development of societies and the pursuit of economic and social development goals through entrepreneurial business management and the empowerment of women to successfully manage public utilities despite the problems and obstacles they encounter suffer from many difficulties, despite the fact that most countries have tended to apply what is affirmed by international conventions and covenants on human rights, and the need to work with the principle of equality between races in administrative leadership and enable women to represent important positions in various public fields in a successful manner, by eliminating all Forms of discrimination in equal opportunities and the possibility of appropriate decision-making. Hence, the problem of the subject of our research appears in showing the extent to which women can enter leadership in the field of administrative work. We will focus on empowering women to manage administrative businesses and senior positions, along with legal protection that has enhanced women's empowerment in the management of public institutions. | ||
