Security and peace are two concepts closely related to women’s rights, especially in the past two decades. In October 2000, the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 was issued regarding women and armed conflicts, where it was based on the role that women can play in building peace and achieving security, both on the The national or international level, especially since women are the most affected during wars and armed conflicts, and some jurisprudential opinions began to make their way to international legislation and the rules of international humanitarian law regarding the protection of non-combatants and civilians in general and women in particular.
