Abstract | ||
Islamic legislation regulates transactions, whether they are at the individual level or at the social level, as an integrated economic approach, in which it defines the foundations and pillars on which these transactions are built, as Islamic law has laid out general lines that can approach a humane approach based on deduction from legislation.Among the results of the research:•That the investment can be divided in terms of the goal on which it is based into two main parts:•The first: What is a project and a concern called positive investment.•The second: What is not legitimate in the view of Islamic law, and we can call it negative investment or usury, or what is expressed in usury or usurious interest, which is one of the things that the Holy Street forbade.•It is difficult to find a definition of investment in its wording, in Islamic jurisprudence, but it is noticeable that the jurists used it in the sense of development and profitability in commercial matters in all transactions•One of the foundations of Islamic investment is that it has a dual purpose in which it cares for both the material and moral sides. | ||
