Trademarks in the contemporary world are undergoing a dynamic process of change, in conjunction with the steady development of communication and marketing strategies, as companies seek to develop not-traditional brands as brands in the field of international trade. Since non-traditional trademarks have enjoyed wide protection among the members of the World Trade Organization, the issue of registering non-traditional trademarks has raised some legal problems. Therefore, this article will focus on the issues of registering non-traditional trademarks from the perspective of international agreements, but after a brief introduction to these non-traditional marks, and a discussion of whether non-traditional marks can constitute trademarks by analyzing the definition of the trademark stipulated in international agreements, To address the international registration of non-traditional trademarks, and thus the research provides an analysis of the texts of the TRIPS Agreement and the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of 1883 related to the registration of non-traditional | ||
