Abstract | ||
Countries that have oil wealth, such as Iraq, are seeking to contract with foreign companies because of the expertise and advanced technology they have. Contracts that need several guarantees to attract foreign investment. If the Iraqi oil policy has undergone a change after 2003, then that policy has been affected by several circumstances, most notably the entry of the coalition forces and the political, security and legal obstacles it caused, all of which made investment in this The sector is going through several obstacles, and searching for solutions to these problems requires a case study and evaluation to identify the most prominent ways to advance the investment in this vital sector. | ||
