Abstract | ||
It has become a given that the judge's stray and his primary goal is to search for and uncover the truth, this truth that cannot be evident on its own, but rather passes through a series of successive and successive stages, based on painstaking effort, arduous research, intellectual follow-up, and mental selection, given the different capacities and abilities of judges. Their opinions differ and their views differ regarding the evidence before them, how it is assessed, and the mechanism for adopting it, so that ultimately results in a completed judicial policy.Accordingly, judicial policy cannot be achieved in one go or be the product of one stage.
