Abstract | ||
The science of the physiology of sports training in our modern era is a basic rule for all sports training processes, the results of which appeared in the form of continuous development that we observe in the level of physical, skillful and tactical performance as a result of the physiological effects of the training load on the various body systems, through which the individual acquires the adaptation processes of the vital body systems to face Fatigue and effort that result from training and competitions. | ||
