Abstract | ||
The present research attempts to identify the availability of the dimensions of the quality of health services in private hospitals (Al-Zahrawi Al-Ahli Hospital and Al-Rabie Al-Ahli Hospital) located within the geographical area of the province of Nineveh by knowing and evaluating the dimensions of the "quality of health services" represented by services (Reliability, responsiveness, security, tangibility, empathy) based on the questionnaire court questionnaire by a group of university professors competent. The research was based on three main hypotheses:1. Is there a clear and well-known perception of the beneficiaries (patients) about the concept and dimensions of the quality of health services.2. To what extent are the dimensions of the quality of health services in the hospitals studied? A set of statistical tools and techniques were used to verify the hypotheses in the main body of the research. The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: the disparity of the respondents' agreement on the availability of dimensions of the quality of health services in private hospitals, as well as the variation of the hospitals in the dimensions of the "quality of health services". Based on the conclusions, a set of recommendations have been reached recommended by the researcher to the private hospitals to be adopted to upgrade and reach a prestigious and good level in the field of quality of service of the beneficiary (patient).
