Abstract | ||
In the light of the rapid developments and increasing competition in the business environment today, increasing the Attempts of institutions to learn how to excellence in the provision of services, and therefore the study aimed to identify the impact of excellence in the management of operations in competitiveness, in addition to determine whether organizational culture plays a modified role In this relationship, the study model and hypotheses were constructed based on the literature of the study and previous studies were used in the development of study measures. A questionnaire was designed to collect study data, where 63 questionnaires were distributed, of which 52 were retrieved.
