Abstract
This research dealt with a number of shajas mentioned by jurists.
Shajaj: it is what a person gets from a felony that leads to cutting skin, cutting flesh, or breaking a bone, which is in the face or head in particular.
This research has been limited to the Sha'jahs that are connected to the bone, which are five Sha'jahs: Al - Mu'awsha, Al-Hashimah, Al-manqila, Al - Ma'mumah (مةah), and Al-damigah.
I explained in each shaja: the linguistic meaning, the medical description, the Fiqh ruling, and then the images related to it.
Top search results:
1-the Fuqaha ' in the old days did not establish Qisas in the shajaj except in the explained.
2-today, due to the great development of surgical instruments and anesthesia, a number of crimes such as hashemism and others can be punished.
3-the one shown is the one that cuts all three layers of the skin, all muscle layers, and also cuts the periosteum of the bone and stands on it.
4-the hashemah is the attack that begins with the first damage that falls on the bone, and a simple fracture enters into it, as well as a capillary fracture enters into it.
