Abstract | ||
The objectives of this research were to determine the role of the rural woman in home economy in Talkif District / Nineveh governorate and to determine the differences of this role according to some variables , and to determine the effect of all variables on this rule, and to identity the difficulties which faces the rural woman in this domain, also to identity the suggestions to achieve balance in family budget. The research population consisted of all rural women in Talkif District / Nineveh Governorate, a multiple choice random sample of 125 rural women was selected, and data were collected through questionnaire consisted of four parts, the first was to measure the independent variables, while the second part consisted of 42 items from which distributed to four dimensions of home economic : planning to home management, arrangement to family resources , implementation to applying right consumer consciousness and evaluating of the family balance. A content and a virtual validity were used, also, reliability was tested by using Half - Split estimates which was 0.81. Item analysis was used, and the data were analyzed by using mean, mann-whitney test and Kruskal - Wallis test. The results showed that the role of the rural women in medium in the first degree. There were significant differences in the rule of rural woman according to educational level, social, status, the job of rural woman , and didn't appear a significant differences according to : the age, family size, the resources of information concerned with home economic , family type, and all variables interpreted 7.9 % impact to the dependent variable. Also showed limited the connect with agricultural extension , lack in the appropriate training courses in this domain. This research included conclusion and recommendation. | ||
