Abstract | ||
The Arab states, like other countries experimented with privatization privatization for many years and found that privatization is the best way for economic development in their countries. Forced under pressure from Arab countries in the global severe requirements and requirements to fight a stabilization and structural reforms aimed at correcting economic imbalances, which is due largely to adverse external conditions, and to some domestic policies that were followed until the early eighties. Perhaps one of the most basic steps first in the process of transformation is to re-consider the role of the public sector and work to maximize the role of the private sector and qualifying for the exercise of a greater role in the process of economic development in the light of globalization based on economic liberalization, and reliance on free market and walk in the privatization process, they are The key stage of the economic liberalization.
