Abstract The study was conducted in the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering / College of Agriculture / University of Anbar during the growing season 2021-2022 in a greenhouse to study the effect of shading, iron and sulfur on cardinia seedlings planted in anvils with a diameter of 35 cm. With three replications, the averages were compared according to the L.S.D. test at a probability level of 5%. The results showed that the gardenia responds to shading and fertilization with iron and sulfur, and the interaction treatment showed a high significant increase and gave the highest rate in the number of flower buds, number of petals, flower diameter and flower weight, which amounted to 40,440 flower buds. Plant -1 and 25,883 petals. Zahra-1, 88.185 mm and 23.667 g, respectively, and also recorded the highest average content of leaves of total chlorophyll amounted to 41,100 mg / 100 g tissue, and the highest rate of total leaf area was 9437.463 cm2. plant-1, and the interaction treatment outperformed the rest of the treatments in the iron and sulfur content of leaves and gave the highest iron content rate of 119.417 mg. kg1-dry matter, and the highest average sulfur content of leaves was 195.000 mg. kg-1 dry matter. | ||
