Abstract | ||
This research aims at focusing on the most important ways to enhance administrative transparency. It is a strong point that has an important impact in the field of fighting administrative and financial corruption. It presents an examination to the reality of transparency in Iraq. It indicates the date of the first appearance as well as the identify the constitutional and legal texts. These texts stipulate that the principle of transparency must be applied in the field of work of government departments The analytical approach was utilized to clarify the subject matter by examining some of the advanced European legislation in the field of performing and enhancing transparency. This approach examines the Iraqi constitutions and legislation that emphasize transparency. | ||
