Abstract | ||
Electronic blackmail is one of the new behaviors that began to appear with the advancement of modern scientific technical means and the development of social communication methods, which were characterized by high quality and enormous digital capabilities, and this is why the topic of our research is based on shedding light on the criminal policy of electronic blackmail as one of the harmful behaviors that have become rampant in Iraqi society, as well as The wide echo caused by this behavior in other Arab and foreign countries, And the extent to which the criminal legislator is alert to him by stating the rules of criminalization and punishment for these criminal acts, in addition to indicating the extent to which the special legal nature of electronic blackmail affects the legal adaptation of his behavior and the extent of its impact on judicial decisions, which in the end is due to the lack of special texts addressing those behaviors called behavior and actions in its name and addresses, At the conclusion of our topic, we reached a number of conclusions and suggestions | ||
