Abstract | ||
The interactions of the global strategic environment characterized by chaos and competition between the active forces in it, It makes these forces work to employ the potentials of power available to them, which makes these forces legitimate in the eyes of other powers, namely the soft power that constitutes a wide range, ranging from economic and socio-cultural; In the end, the active forces work to create a national identity capable of exporting it abroad, India has worked to employ its distinguished soft power to expand in a new strategic environment, namely Latin America, as a kind of strategic competition for other competing forces in its regional strategic environment and to prove its presence as active forces in the global strategic environment. | ||
