Abstract | |||||||||||
The current research aimed to identify anger management, and to identify the levels of this concept among the sample members, and the differences in those levels according to the demographic variables (years of experience), (age), (marital status). The research community included (primary school teachers) in Ramadi city center for the academic year (2021/2022), who numbered (3017) female teachers, distributed among (154) schools. The researcher randomly chose a sample of (400) female teachers. Building a scale (Anger Management) according to Novaco’s theory, consisting of (43) items distributed on three dimensions: the cognitive dimension (20) items, the physiological dimension (12) items, and the behavioral dimension (11) items. The answer alternatives were (It applies to me to a large degree, applies to me to a moderate degree, applies to me to a small degree, does not apply to me at all). In the total score of the scale, and its relationship to the dimension to which it belongs, also verified the stability of the scale by re-testing and using the alpha-Cronbach equation. Using the appropriate statistical means, the research reached the following results: The high level of anger management among primary school teachers, and there are differences in the level of anger management among female teachers according to the variables (years of experience, age, and marital status), and in favor of female teachers who have years of experience (11 years). year and above), followed by (6-10 years), then (1-5 years), and for the age variable, the female teachers aged (50-54 years) had a high level of anger management compared to female teachers aged (45-49 years). ), (40-44 years), (55 and over), (35-39 years), (30-34 years), (25-29 years), and (20-24 years) respectively. And the (married) female teachers were higher in the level of anger management than the (single), then (separated), and (widowed), respectively. | |||||||||||
