Abstract | ||
The city is a changing living organism characterized by membership . activates , movement , growth and its membership is affected by a set of ecological variables that change in nature according to each stage of the cites growth . the competition , a series of social and residential mobility begins within the boundaries of the urban and space and the social space of the city itself , which makes the cites neighborhoods go through stages of development and growth in its physical variables represented in the size of population and their characteristics , the special space of its units , the price of land and the morphological shape of the neighborhood , as it begins with birth ( the emergence of the neighborhood ) then the youth ( maturity and stability in the residential neighborhood ) then the agene stage ( the resdantal neighborhood decays ) after which the stage of re – youth and recovery begins ( the stage of renewal and revitalization ) . | ||
