Abstract | ||
This research aims to study measurement and its impact in the chapter on crimes and limits, citing applied models of legal measurement that fulfill its pillars and conditions, through an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion that included the results of the study. The introduction: it included the sermon, the reason for choosing the topic, the research plan, and the research methodology. Introductory topic: It was concerned with clarifying the meaning of each. of the analogies, crimes and limits in language and terminology The first topic: Measurement in felonies and includes two requirements, which are as follows: The first requirement: Measuring the killing of the group by one over the pieces of the group in theft. The second requirement: the measurement of the prey on the marked dogs. The second topic: Measurement within limits, and includes two requirements: The first requirement: the measurement of Ali, the drinker of wine, on the thrower. The second requirement: the comparison of the digger to the thief in the necessity of the punishment. Then a conclusion included the most important results learned from the research. | ||
