The research aims at explaining the opinion of Imam Al-Shashi Al-Hanafi (d. 344 AH) on the issue of the significance of the absolved command does it benefitonce or repetion through his book Al-Osoul, and comparing it with the opinions of the scholars of the fundamentals, clarifying the evidence of each team, and clarifying the outcome of the difference in this issue when it reached the following results: efforts and service of the nation's scholars throughout the ages, they have served this pure Sharia, by explaining its rules, and they have right upon us to pray for them, have mercy on them.. The diverse opinions of the scholars of the origins on the issue of Do the legal rulings required to work once or for repetition?, to four main sayings, Imam Shashi went to the point that if the legal judgment is absolute, then it requires act the work once verbally and does not need for repetition and does not implied.it Imam al-Shashi, may Allah Mercy Him, agreed with the original statement of the Hanafi school on this issue, He did not deviate from him in his book (Al-Osoul) | ||
