Abstract | ||
The basic pillar of Islamic law is the concern for human life in all its aspects. It has initiated provisions that will preserve human life, because it achieves happiness for man in this world and the hereafter. These provisions included the relationship of the Muslim man with his Lord and himself and those around him, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims. The issue of the truce came from the important tools that belong to the human being, so as to protect Muslims, secure the borders of the Islamic State, and to create the conditions to prepare and prepare. | ||
