Abstract: The current research aimed to identify the level of psychological fitness and the statistically significant differences of psychological fitness according to the gender variable, the academic achievement motivation, the significant differences for the motivation for academic achievement according to the gender variable, and the relationship between psychological fitness and the academic achievement motive, the research sample consisted of (300) students And one of the university students from both sexes. As for the two research tools, the researcher built two scales to measure psychological fitness and academic achievement motivation. Each scale consisted of (40) paragraphs. The validity, consistency and distinction of both scales were verified. After processing the data statistically using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS), the following results were shown:-University students enjoy a good level in both variables (psychological fitness and academic achievement motivation).- There are statistically significant differences between males and females in psychological fitness and the motivation for academic achievement in favor of females.-There is a positive correlation between psychological fitness and academ ic achievement motivation. | ||
