| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to analyze the relationship between the wide money supply (M2) and the turnover rate of a number of Iraqi private banks for the period 2012-2017 using the panel data program that combines the features of the time series with the features of cross sections in its three forms: the regression model, And the model of random effects in proving the validity of the research, the research relied on a sample of Iraqi private banks, which are 13 private commercial banks, with monthly data from 2012-2017. The research found that there is a direct and moral relationship between the broad money supply and the rate of turnover of shares, and that the broad money supply affects the turnover of shares of Iraqi private banks, which is consistent with the economic theory and the hypothesis of research. The study also recommends the need to continue to reform and activate the role of the Iraqi market for securities and benefit from the experiences of the developed countries in a manner that ensures economic development. | ||
