| The research aims to find out the relationship and the influence of leadership styles in the application of total quality in the general company of food products at Abu Ghraib and Reach a number of recommendations that contributing the guidance of managers in the future to achieve Success this company, we adopted and the descriptive analytical approach motioning to analysis of the research problem, as the research applied on sample size of (60) individual, we used the questionnaire as a main tool to collection data and for processing this data and access to the results was the use of the program statistical analysis (SPSS), The research reached a correlation and the effect of a significant relationship statistically significant between leadership styles and Total quality management, research and recommended a set of recommendations, the most important is realization of administrative leaders for their important role in the applies the Principles of total quality management, as well as raising awareness about the basic concepts of TQM and the requirements of their application . | ||
