Abstract | ||
The research aims at revealing core competencies and their relation to total quality management in the health institutions in Fallujah, where the research problem was identified in several questions about the nature of the relationship and the influence between the research variables. The research was conducted on a sample of administrative staff in the health clinics in Falluja, which is the clinic (Al Shuhada, Al-Nazal, Al-Gomhouria, Al-Samant, Al-Wahda, Jbeil). The researcher used the questionnaire to obtain the information, 55 of which were distributed, 52 of which were recovered. The analytical descriptive approach was used by using the Statistical Program (SPSS) to reach the results. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the core competencies and TQM. | ||
