| Abstract | ||
| The role of financial liberalization in strengthening the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth of a host country. This study included policies of financial liberalization and their effective role in the economic growth of host country. This occurs as a result of permission for foreign direct investment to playing in positively for the host country. Where leads this to transfer the technology from developed to developing countries in addition to the impact on productivity, and job creation competitiveness. This paper trying to improve that the financial liberalization, where considered important subject in field of financial and economic progress, could be motivate positively the relationship between the foreign direct investment and the economic growth of the host country. In other side, this research found that the negative relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth as a result of non-liberal policies of host country. Finally, this research concludes that the financial liberalization increases the efficiency of foreign direct investment in impact on economic growth of host country. | ||
