Abstract | ||
The study aims at determining the relation and effect of the total population on the public expenditure in Iraq during the period (1991-2018) through applying the models of joint integration, believing that the population has a large role and a significant impact on the size of public expenditure in Iraq. General and total population in the first differences using the deterministic tests ADP and PP and the existence of a common integration relationship in the long term was proved. The regression model for the variables was estimated to be economically acceptable and acceptable statistically and quantitatively in addition to proving a short-term relationship, Error, where the error correction coefficient was found to be negative and moral. | ||
