| The need for economic reform is not a partial phenomenon or decotated , but rather civilization and cultural role the Iraq has lost , during the last decades of his life The research Found budget deficitin the year 2019. Amounted to 26702861000 thousand Iraq dinars , Can turn into Surplus in the budget 752867708 thousand Iraq dinars Depending . on the previous result , Its concluded that Iraqi economy will have only two option . The First : continuing with the consumer benfit act connected with the life style which is estabilished by the public budget through its overindulgence distributive philosophy which will be at the expense of development. The second :The development option through its growing path to achieve benfit in the interest of exploitive budget and the availability of its performance and Fulfillment which is the option to build the Iraq economical and social Future. | ||
