Abstract | ||
The research was launched through a main hypothesis that "there is no significant effect between governance mechanisms and improving the financial performance of the National Insurance Company", by answering the following question "How does governance mechanisms contribute to improving the financial performance of the National Insurance Company" and for the purpose of achieving the goals of the research and proving Their hypotheses relying on a questionnaire for the purpose of polling the opinions of the sample and represented by the employees of the National Insurance Company. The research relied on the independent variable of governance mechanisms, which includes (the board of directors, risk management, internal audit, external audit, actuary) and a dependent variable which represents (improving financial performance), and I have reached many conclusions: - Governance is a reference for policy makingWhich adopts the legal and regulatory frameworks for the corporate governance system by contributing to attracting foreign and local investors. The National Insurance Company has an independent actuarial expert from the various interested parties and is interested in controlling the financial position of the National Insurance Company | ||
