Abstract | ||
The research aims to know the role of core capabilities represented by their dimensions (shared vision , resources and capabilities, collective learning, empowering workers, communication, problem solving and decision-making) in achieving strategic renewal represented by its dimensions (context, content, process). The data, and the descriptive analytical method was employed as a research method, to survey the opinions of the sample (115) views in the General Company for Food Products, represented by (the general manager, the general manager's assistants, directors of branches and factories, department managers). The data was analyzed using the two statistical packages (SPSS V.25 & AMOS V.25) and a set of statistical methods were employed to extract the results, and the study reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which were The core competencies have an impact on achieving strategic renewal, and there is a positive correlation between core capabilities and strategic renewal . | ||
