| The research contained five chapters, the first one dealt with theimportance of the education as a social process and the responsibilityfor its close association with the community, and draws the way ofeducation and illuminates ways for educators to achieve comprehensivedevelopment, especially in the time of cognitive development and theinformation revolution.The educational supervision consider as effective educational leadersand has closely relate to educational management school, anddevelopments in the concepts and trends in educational administration inrecent years they have implications in development of concepts ofeducational supervision, so it is not permissible to look at them asseparate fields.The importance of research in display the important role that representssupervisors in physical education specialization at the GeneralDirectorate of physical education ALKarkh II in Baghdad and its impacton managing performance of high schools, and through active presenceof supervisors and their proximity to the departments and schoolapplication educational concepts and modern educational basing at thecredit is cognitive and the accumulated experience, as well as theimportance of providing direct support and communication worthwhile to)126 ( 1131/31/ مجلة جامعة الانبار للعلوم البدنیة والریاضیة - المجلد النان – العدد التاسع 13serve and enhance the performance of these departments technicallyand administratively, and it's developed, consistent with educationalphilosophy of the community.The research problem as seen by the researcher, determined to standon the role of educational supervisor in develop school administration inhigh school for all schools General for Education ALKarkh ll in Baghdadover exercising his role, from the viewpoint of managers themselves,and that may be have unclear or ineffective relationship, and that topromote and develop the strengths and work on Sense weaknesses tofind ways to develop it. The aims of the search will be targets to identifythe role of Physical Education supervisor in the performance of theschool administration, and what suggestions that contributes toimproving the role of supervisors to develop performance managementschool.The areas of research contain the human field, which representingschool principals in high school in General for Education ALKarkh ll inBaghdad, and the temporal field for the period from 10/6/2012 until1/12/2012, and spatial field was in school administrations and theDirectorate General for Education Karkh II . BaghdadIn Part II contains the theoretical studies and similar and related studiesto our search. Part III contains methodology and research procedures,as used researcher descriptive approach and style survey, the samplewas(48) Director of high schools that have been selected randomly PartIV Results analyzed and discussed through statistical tables todetermine the level role overseeing educational specialist of the samplesurveyed, as well as the most important proposals that contribute toimproving the role of supervisors jurisdiction to improve the performanceof school administration.Finally ensure that Part V contains the following conclusions reached bythe researcher in his study:1. The study shows significant deference in items identify the role ofeducational supervision specialist following: namely items:(2,3,4,8,9,12,13,17,18,24,25,26,27,28,29,30).2. There were no significant deference appear in the paragraphs toidentify the role of educational supervision specialist following: namelyitems (1,5,6,7,10,11,14,15,16,19,20,21,22,23).3. There is a high level of research sample members placed the role ofeducational supervision specialist in performance management anddevelopment of the school.4. There are some important suggestions that contribute to improvingthe role of competent supervisors to improve the performance of theschool administration.The following most recommendations:1. You must choose and prepare staff as competent and qualifiedsupervisory specialist always, in order to fortify and improve all aspectsof the educational process.2. You must choose and prepare school administrations competent andqualified always, in order to contribute with educational supervision tofortify and improve all aspects of the educational process.3. Considered responsible for overseeing public education in general,and as private and specialist moral, humanitarian and social task, aswell as being educational for taking pupils, however, the educational13institution and the advancement of rehabilitation and prepare them to bestill useful members of society.4. Take advantage of the idea and the results of research and appliedto the areas of supervision from other disciplines, and at all academiclevels. | ||
