| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the research is to Applying the two measures of job performance and homework completion identify the job performance and the completion of school duties (administrative, educational, and educational) in Baghdad schools, while identifying the nature of the relationship between job performance and the fulfillment of duties. Physical education in Baghdad schools, and the research sample reached (84) teachers representing (84) schools, and the researcher concluded that physical education teachers in Baghdad schools have a higher degree than expected in job performance and school homework, and there is a relationship between some areas of job performance with achievement School duties (administrative, educational, and educational), and recommended the need to develop and enhance the job performance of physical education teachers in Baghdad schools, while developing the quality of the administrative, educational and educational duties of teachers. | ||
