| Abstract | ||
| The football game is the most famous game in the world in terms of the number of its practitioners, and it ranks first in the media for the number of viewers and followers. Football is one of the games that need speed in performance and standardized training loads, which called for attention to the components of the training process in order to stand on all obstacles That affects the level of players, and the study aimed to prepare special exercises within the limits of their impact on the research variables under study in the game and to identify their impact on some psychological skills and the level of skill performance of soccer players, and the most important assumptions were: There are statistically significant differences in the effect of special exercises on some psychological skills and the level of skill performance of the football training center players. There are statistically significant differences in the post-tests between the control and experimental groups of study variables. The two researchers used the experimental method for its suitability and nature of research and with an experimental design for the two equivalent groups with pre and post tests, while the research community and sample consisted of players from the football training centers in Anbar Governorate, as the percentage of participants was (40) players for the control and experimental groups, which represented a percentage (100%) From the original community, the research sample was chosen, which is both the training center in (the stadium - and the Sufism). When applying the procedures of the main research experiment, the experimental group of the research sample was represented by the training center in the stadium. The independent variable was introduced to the experimental group for a period of (12) weeks, while the control group was left to apply the curriculum by the training staff, after which the post tests were conducted under the same conditions in which the pre-tests were conducted to measure the same previous variables, and after that the data were collected, classified and then statistically treated. The researchers concluded the following: Special exercises and prepared introductory sessions have a positive effect on developing some psychological skills of the experimental research sample players. The experimental group was statistically superior to the control group in all research variables in the results of the post-tests. The researchers recommended the following: The need for the training process to be conducted by qualified trainers scientifically and practically. Paying attention to developing the psychological skills of players of the age groups (youth and juniors) and for other sports. | ||
