| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the effect of using various educational methods in learning some types of grips in free wrestling. The researcher used the experimental method and by designing the equivalent control and experimental groups with the two pre and posttests. The research sample consisted of (20) wrestlers in the Diwan Sports Club with a percentage (66.6% ) From the original community, the researcher conducted the pre-test on Thursday (10/29/2020) and the researcher conducted an equivalence process between the two research groups in the variables dependent on their placement on a single initiation line, after which the researcher carried out the main research experiment by introducing various educational aids to the group Experimental units in educational units at a rate of three units per week for a period of (6) weeks for the period from.After that, the dimensional tests K the data were processed statistically, and the results were discussed in a scientific discussion based on sources and references.
