Abstract | ||
The research aims to identify the level of meaning of life among students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the College of Education for Humanities / University of Anbar and to identify the differences in the meaning of life according to the gender variable (males - females) and the type of study (morning - evening), and to achieve the objectives of the research was selected a sample of (101) students, the number of students from the morning study (51) students, where the total number of males (27) and the total of females (24) students, and the number of students from evening study (50) students, the total number of males) 27) and the total female (23) students. The researcher built a measure of the meaning of life, which consists of (24) paragraph in its final form, and extracted the sincerity and stability of the scale, the research reached the following results: The level of meaning of life among students of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences is high and statistically significant (0.05), there are no differences in the level The meaning of life according to the gender variable and the significance (0.05), there are no differences in the level of meaning of life by type of study (morning, evening) and significance (0.05), and in the light of the results of the researcher put a number of recommendations and proposals.
