Abstract | ||
This study aimed to identify Challenges facing male and female teachers in the distance education system In light of the Corona crisis beyond within the variables (gender, years of service), by answering academic questions, the study population consisted of all teachers and teachers in the secondary stage in the city of anbar, and a class sample was chosen Randomized by (20) teachers in the secondary stage in the city of anbar. A questionnaire was developed based on the theoretical framework and previous studies. The validity of the study tool was verified and the appropriate statistical treatment was carried out. The study concluded the following: 1-There are a number of challenges facing high school teachers in anbar in light of the Corona pandemic. 2-There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α <0.05) in the challenges facing male and female teachers at the secondary level in anbar in light of the Corona pandemic within the gender variable. | ||
