| Abstract | ||
| The research aims at recognizing cultural intelligence for university students, in order to achieve the the goals of the research, the researchers constructed a tool for measuring the cultural intelligence that consisted of (45) items distributed in three areas (15) items for the cognitive field, (15) items for the emotional field and (15) items for the behavioral field. The psychometric properties of the scale have been calculated by applying the scale to a sample consisting of (300) male and female university students. The cultural intelligence scale stability has reached by the half- split method (0.82) and Al- Fakir and Nabakh's equation (0.88). After that the scale was applied to a sample consisting of (150) male and female students for the purpose of calculating the results of the research and it has been shown that university students have a high cultural intelligence level with a T-value of (16.83). There are no statistical significant differences according to the demographic variables. The researchers recommended increasing the communication opportunities between the university students and the other universities in order to be acquainted with other cultures.The researchers also suggested conducting a study to recognize the relationship between the cultural intelligence and the psychological adjustment | ||
