Abstract | ||
The partisan life in Egypt during the period (1986-1989) was experiencing a state of development, especially in the methods of the democratic opposition, and the partisan life witnessed the emergence of political Islam on the Egyptian political scene after it was monitored by the security services because of the suspicions that some extremist Islamic groups “that split from the Muslim Brotherhood” "Secretly linked to the Muslim Brotherhood, this on one side and on the other side, the main parties were exerting pressure for the transfer of power and governance and to allow more political freedom and democracy, which was restricted due to the laws established by the Egyptian government with the support of the ruling party that has been leading the government since the beginning of its establishment, so the existing parties were The ruling party is opposed to the way in which the affairs of the country are managed, and it seems that the ideology of some parties has undergone a clear and significant change. We note that there are parties that have changed their ideology to a completely different ideology and may be incompatible as some parties have shifted from the left to the extreme right, not believing in the principles of the right, but To enter and win the general parliamentary elections because the right-wing, and specifically the “Islamists” had a wide resonance in the people Take care of the Egyptian politician and they have great popularity that the government or the ruling party fears, in that they can pull the rug out from under their feet and rule the country by giving way and political freedom as it is known that the Islamists have the ability through which to mobilize large masses with their shining religious speeches. It was old, but it was not able to confront political Islam, because their ideas, programs, speeches, and the leaders of the parties themselves over the past years did not offer anything that could be betted on, and even their opposition to governments was not at the required level, because they are few in front of the ruling party with regard to political representation in Parliament or in the popular base. on which the party is based in the general elections. | ||
