Abstract | ||
The research aims to uncover the effect of the elements of emotional intelligence represented in (emotional knowledge, emotional management, empathy, and social communication) on improving the effectiveness of organizations. The research sample was chosen to include a number of employees of the College of Business and Economics, and to achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of (95) male and female individuals of different ages and academic qualifications, from which (90) questionnaires valid for analysis were retrieved, and for the purpose of data processing, a group of statistical methods were used, most notably, ((arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient. (spearman) and regression coefficient), using the statistical program (spss) The most prominent results of the research were the existence of a correlation and a positive impact of emotional intelligence in improving the effectiveness of the college organization. As for the most prominent recommendations, it was necessary to strengthen the relationship between intellectual and social workers to support emotional intelligence and develop the level of effectiveness of the organization through the establishment of training courses to improve work performance. | ||
