Abstract | ||
This research dealt with an analytical study of the reality and problems of production and marketing of the leap cement factory for the period (1983-2014). And this is through three main axes that are included in the research structure. Through an analysis of the indicators of the reality of production and marketing of the factory during the period (1983-2014), it became clear to us that a leap cement factory is one of the export-oriented industries and had markets beyond the borders of Anbar Governorate, especially before the occupation of Iraq in April 2003 because of stability in the economic, political and security terms During that period as well as supporting public sector projects through investment allocations, however, production and marketing quantities declined after the occupation of Iraq for political, economic and security reasons and the prevalence of harmful administrative corruption with a lack of planning | ||
