Abstract | ||
The research aims to explain the concept of the loan in Islamic jurisprudence. The best loan: is to give money to be returned without increasing or decreasing. While economists define it as: to give money to be replayed with an agreed increase. The research explains the types of loans in Iraq after 2003, and the adaptation of the jurisprudence, and judging them in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. | ||
