Abstract | ||
The aim of the research is to build a scale of obstacles of managing the e-Learning at the colleges and institutes of physical education in Erbil governorate from the point of view of its teaching staff. Also it aims to identify the level of obstacles of managing the e-Learning at the colleges and institutes of physical education in Erbil governorate from the point of view of its teaching staff. The descriptive approach and the survey method were used for its relevance and the nature of the current research. The research community included (105) teachers representing (8) colleges, and the institute of physical education in Erbil governorate as well. To implement the reality of (30) teachers, the researchers used (10) teachers to conduct the exploratory experiment on them, and neglected (5) others due to the lack of scientific condition in them. The data were analyzed statistically by using SPSS program, which included the mean, standard deviation, percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha. The researchers concluded several conclusions, the most important of which are: the validity of the scale of obstacles of managing the e-Learning at the colleges and institutes of physical education in Erbil governorate, which was set by the researchers on both male and female teachers. The high level is an indication of the difficulties faced by teaching staff in delivering the study material to students through e-learning.. | ||
